Booked a 90-minute hot stone massage over the weekend and it was worth every penny. The warmth of the stones combined with the massage strokes completely unknotted my lower back. A highly professional establishment that I will be recommending to friends.
I was a little nervous since I’ve never had a professional massage before, but my therapist put me completely at ease. She explained the process, asked about my comfort levels, and made sure I felt safe the entire time. It was a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely be back.
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so welcoming. The aromatherapy options were a great touch (the lavender was lovely). The massage itself was incredibly relaxing and fluid. It felt like a true escape from the world for an hour.
Life has been incredibly chaotic lately, and I booked a Swedish massage on a whim. Best decision ever. The environment was peaceful, the music was soothing, and the therapist had the perfect touch. I honestly think I drifted off to sleep for a bit. Pure bliss.
As a runner, my calves and lower back take a beating. Booked a 60-minute deep tissue massage, and it was exactly what I needed. The pressure was firm but communicative—she checked in often to make sure it wasn't too intense. Definitely adding this to my monthly recovery routine.
